Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after full payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country.

Total estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using trusted international shipping partners.

In some cases, an international logistics provider may handle the first stage of transit before the package is transferred to a local carrier for final delivery.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear during international transit.

Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

If tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

We are not responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Customs Duties & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by their country.

Orders refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refund.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 2 calendar days of confirmed delivery and provide photographic evidence of the product and packaging.

If a shipment appears lost in transit, we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation. The final determination made by the shipping carrier will be binding.
