Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide professional, personalized advice on fashion, fit, and styling.
Assist customers in finding the right size and outfit, ensuring a premium in-store experience.
Maintain an attractive store presentation and ensure products are displayed according to brand standards.
Support daily store operations, including restocking and general retail tasks.
Answer customer questions and provide excellent service, both in-store and through other communication channels when needed.
Represent the Emily Carter Vancouver brand in a professional and stylish manner.

Requirements

Experience in retail, preferably within the fashion industry.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Passion for fashion, styling, and current trends.
Ability to provide tailored advice and build rapport with customers.
Flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment.
Reliable, presentable, and detail-oriented.
