4. Processing and Delivery

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated shipping time: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
Orders are shipped directly from our supplier, located in China

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our separate Return Policy.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once order processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds are issued only after returned items have been received, inspected, and approved in accordance with our Return Policy.

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address information are not eligible for refund.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.
