Customers may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags must remain attached.
The item must not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, odors (including perfume or deodorant), or damage caused by the customer.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and send your return label
Approved returns may need to be sent to our designated international return facility. Full return instructions will be provided upon approval.
If the return is due to a verified error on our part (incorrect or defective item), we will provide appropriate assistance.
All returns must be shipped using a service that provides a valid Track & Trace number.
Refunds cannot be processed without confirmed delivery of the returned item.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.
Returned items must be securely packaged. Items damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging may not qualify for refund.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 2 calendar days of confirmed delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Orders begin processing shortly after payment confirmation.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect address information, or customer absence are not eligible for refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Banks and credit card providers may require additional time to reflect the refund.
